I need to add call and text service pass. I already tried to turn off wifi and follow the link on the text. But it only show a data service pass no call and text option.

Where I can find call and text service pass?

Hi @Boying and thanks for your post.

Do you already have a Service Pass active on the account and are you trying to add another? Or you do not have a Service Pass active at this time?

You can have multiple Service Passes at one time, but only one from each category (calls, international calls (made from Canada), text messages, and data). Once you fully use up your Service Pass, you will be able to buy another.

Hi there @Nipsyrose, and welcome to the Community.

Did you already have a data service pass added to your plan? Do keep in mind that you're unable to have two of the same kind of service pass at the same time. You can have one calling service pass and one data service pass for example, but you can't have two data service passes.

If you're still in need of more data and already have a data service pass, you'll need to move to a higher planOpens in a new tab or windowvia your My Account profile.

I am new & don't understand some things. I am quite sure I bought 2 service passes during the recent snowstorm, but now I am told not to use Service passes --- why not?  And I didn't expect that I would not have voice-mail once mins were used

I recieved a link to get a service pass and everytime I click it, it goes to my Lucky Mobile app and that's it. Nothing happens. I copy the actual html to the web browser and the site says I can't access this page while on a wifi network..but the thing is that my wifi is off and I'm on my data. Has anybody else encountered this issue? Have you been able to resolve it?

when I select the option of purchasing a service pass I get a notification saying not available to purchase over WiFi , my wifi is off also I do not have wifi available at my house at all so pls how do I purchase a service pass

I am having a similiar problem, I click on the link and it says not available while on wifi, my wifi is off and I do not have wifi available where I am located, which is why I need a data service pass to begin with.

I have to 250mb data add on and used all of it but when I try to use it I don’t get a text with the service pass and the data is super slow. I also tried topping up my account thinking I would get more data. Can someone explain?

Hi there @Needata, and welcome to the Community.

The 250MB add-on is only provided at 3G speeds and is counted as a data service pass, which you cannot have two of the same kind of service pass. Additionally if you're on a monthly plan, an early top-up will only be held as a credit for potential future service passes and not reset your monthly plan early.

If you're still in need of data before your anniversary date, you'll need to move to a higher tier plan. Check out our reply above for directions as to how to do this.

I need to get a service pass but when I go on the app I don’t know how to buy it because I can’t find it. I go to my messages and click on a link that Lucky has sent me about using all my data and how I can get my service pass by clicking the link. I click the link and it takes me to an international service pass page when I need data. Please help

If I had minimal data plan usage but my voice plan usage was completely depleted, would it be possible to Top-Up only my voice plan service?

Has anyone been able to purchase a Service Pass allowing calls from Canada to the US if their service plan does not normally include US calling (100 Canada Minutes )? Under the data Service Pass tab it says my plan doesn't include data but on my account details page it shows Bonus Data under Usage. It also lists monthly Bonus Data under "Plan includes:" so I'm wondering how I am supposed to call US from Canada with my lucky mobile account?? Surely there is an affordable option without buying Data that I never use.

Thanks,

I have run out of call minutes and want to buy a $5 Service Pass.  This has taken hours of time on support and I still haven't managed to do it.

I have credit on my account.  I was told that when I try to make a call I will get a text message showing options for buying the Service Pass.  However, instead, I get multiple text messages with links to their  website with no hint about how I can buy the Service Pass.
