Hi, we have the plan with 500MB data, and it shows we are 8 days in and have used zero data, but my iphone can't seem to connect to any data (other than wifi).
I did just manage to get it to work by turning on 'roaming' on the phone (iphone 11). Does that make sense?
Also, I am able to make calls no problem, and in settings, I have it set to the Lucky network. Just couldn't get non-wifi data to work unless I turned on 'roaming'....

It sounds to me as though your APN settings need to be modified. Check out our Support page on I’m having issues with my service and scroll down to The data on my phone suddenly stopped working for troubleshooting steps. Let us know how everything goes.

Hey @kbez can you make sure that your Voice & Data section is set to LTE, once you update your setting you can fully restart your device and let us know if that worked.
To restart your iPhone 11 got to Settings > General > Scroll down to Shut Down > slide right to power off > once device fully off, press power button on the right side a few second until you see the Apple icon on your screen.

Thanks for the reply, but on the iphone 11 we are using, it doesn't have the options listed in your instructions. When we go into cellular data options, there are only three things on the screen : Data Roaming selector, Voice & Data (selection between LTE and 3G), and Low Data Mode selector. Can't find APN settings anywhere..

hello! i'm a new subscriber here..barely more than a month here in montreal. i bought a.lucky mobile sim card and topped it up with CAD19/month since last april & may but until now i coudn't use my internet. pls help me with my concern..thank u so much.
