Compatibility issues

Hi, I'm trying to switch my SIM card from one phone to another, the "compatibility" tab on the website tells me it is compatible but when I actually do the transfer from my account it tells me it's not compatible:

My older phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I'm transferring to a Samsung S10.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

You should be able to pop your SIM card out of your Samsung S7 and pop it into your Samsung S10 without any issues (if the S10 is unlocked).

Edit: it finally worked! Simply waited and the network finally connected.

Seems weird tho that I can't officially add the phone to my profile (Lucky Mobile keeps saying it's incompatible) but I guess it's not really important to do so?

Bought a new iPhone 13 Pro from Apple in the spring of last year. Already had a Lucky SIM card from an Android phone. I forgot to register the new phone with Lucky so the phone does not show up in my account. I am now trying to set this up but the EMEI is rejected and the message says the phone is not compatible.

While trying to transfer my service to another phone, I got the error that my phone was apparently not compatible with the Lucky Mobile Network, despite being told otherwise by the IMEI Validation tool on the website. The phone is a Google Pixel 7. I just got a new Sim card I put minutes on it its all activated but when I put it in my phone it's just saying unregistered network.. then I try it on another cell phone then boom its able to make phone calls everything's working but not on my current cell phone and it's really frustrating

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. Under My Account>My Phone>Manage my Phone, there's an option to "Transfer service to another phone". Due to some calling issues with my new (secondhand) iPhone, I decided to give the option a try, double-checking that my entered IMEI was accurate. Lucky's system claimed a success, but I haven't had any service since, even when switching my SIM between phones...

I'm not looking for formal support here, since I've already emailed customer service. Just wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue with this feature, or if it's just me.
