I have paid my monthly bills and changed my plan but the app keeps saying that I don’t have data and I have used 94% and I have 28 days left 

but I have 30 days and I just paid for a plan that will give me 64G

Dang. We got the same problem. I just changed my plan today to $35 plan with 33G data. I opened my data for not more than 5mins. Not opened any app except for messenger just to try if my data is working. But dang it shows I used 74% of my data in the app. How come?! Lmao. I felt so nervous my BG app refresh ain't open too. I felt robbed.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your new plans showing properly on your Lucky Mobile My Account profile.

When you did update your plans, was this prior to your anniversary date? If so, your profile will continue to show the usage for your old plan up until your anniversary date, at which point your monthly cycle resets and the older plan is no longer considered to be relevant. From here, your new plan should be showing correctly when viewing your plan and your usage online.

I am posting for my wife since I signed her up to Lucky Mobile so she blames me whenever there is something wrong.  Her problem is similar to the first two contributor, she has the $ 15 plan but with the auto payment and 6 consecutive payments (almost 10 now) she gets 250 + 250 MB of data every month.  She barely used 50 % of that.

About a week or so ago, her account showed no data left.  I downloaded her usage for the last month, today is her last day for the pay period and I could only come up with about 7 MB of used data.

What is wrong and how can we correct that.  Lucky will be withdrawing our payment tonight.  What do we do if you claim that she has no data again for this month.
