I can't make or receive calls why is that and I'm paying but can't receive calls. Anytime someone calls me it say that it goes straight to voicemail I can't even access the voicemail. Whyy?

Hi! My phone has stopped making and receiving calls for the last 3 weeks (at least, might be more). I've been with customer service on and off since then, on the phone and in person, and it's been really unhelpful so I'm hoping someone from the community has an idea!
- I have a monthly plan, always paid
- It doesn't work no matter where I am
- Data, wifi and texts work
- I went to a store and they gave me a new SIM card, it still didn't work
- They told me to buy a brand new phone and I did, it still doesn't work
- Customer service told me I needed a working phone to get technical assistance, they made me download an app (Talkaphone) which gives me a temporary phone number that uses Wifi, but then they couldn't "verify my identity" because the number I called them from (Talkaphone, which they told me to use) wasn't the number from my account (obviously, my calls on that one don't work that's the problem 😭)
- I recontacted customer service and asked to be transferred to the french IT department, they did accept to help me but said they needed to transfer me and were going to call me back in a couple of days (my calls don't work) I managed to time it with my friend so that she would be with me throughout the "call window" they gave me and I could use her phone (my calls don't work). Today they called me, asked me to repeat everything above, then did nothing except say they were going to have to send emails and call me back (my calls don't work). I asked if we could use anything else (email, texts, Teams, Zoom, anything) they said that's not possible (my calls, and I can't stress this enough, don't work).
I feel like I'm going crazy trying to deal with customer service, I'm actively looking for another provider at the moment but I've been with lucky a long time and I've kept my monthly plan which I would like not to lose.
I'm posting here in a last resort, in case anyone has had something similar happen and can help me. Thank you!

It has now been three days since I started experiencing issues with my phone calls. I am unable to make or receive calls, even though my signal bars show a strong connection. Other mobile services, such as texting and mobile internet, are working perfectly fine.
I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including restarting my phone, toggling airplane mode on and off, checking for any carrier updates, and even reinserting my SIM card. However, none of these solutions have resolved the issue.
Additionally, this problem is not limited to just my phone. My mother is also experiencing the same issue with her phone, which suggests that it might be a network-related problem rather than a device-specific one.
Could you please look into this and provide a solution as soon as possible?

My incoming and outgoing calls are not working, signal strength 30% but mobile data is working and incoming text messages works too . Could anyone suggest ?

Hi,
Ever since I topped up for the moth of March, I have been unable to make or receive calls, Internet connection is extremely poor.
I have tried all the necessary troubleshooting I could find on your website but it did not work and monthly subscription is almost up , which means I wasted money for something that didn't work in the first place.
Please I really do need your assistance because it is affecting me daily.

Hi,
I realize the network band 7 is not working in Toronto's downtown area and causes calling (incoming/outgoing) not to work
And if I switch to an older phone that has Band 2 (3G technology) then the calling is back working
I did the field test on a couple of phones and found that no calls if it's on Band 7 and works on Band 2.
I called Lucky support and no answers yet. Can you look into if this is the case?

I have paid the plan fee automatically at the 4th of every month but recently my service seems blocked___CAN NOT CALL OR RECEIVE CALL. I have no idea why it happens,can somebody in lucky mobile solve it? or need to change plan?

I am facing the trouble to make and receive the calls. The call made to me are being directed towards the voicemail. And when i tried to request the call from agent. Because of this problem i can't receive the call from them. How do i solve this problem.

I call this a lucky curse. To temporarily fix this click on apps then settings then connections then click on mobiles networks then network operators then click on select automatically.
TThis should work for from a couple of days to a couple of months I've had the same issue for years and you would think lucky would fix it, they are aware of this problem

Did they fix the issue? I am having this problem also its been almost 2 mos i cant call i cant receive any calls.its just go to voicemail which i cant also access since i cant call. I already change the sim to a new one.still issue persist.how can i solve this?

Hi--
When someone calls my phone, it goes straight to voicemail sometimes and says that im on the phone ( when I am not). I have a samsung S22 CAT flip.
I also don't get notification of missed call.
Please advise.
