Can't make or receive calls. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

I can't make or receive calls why is that and I'm paying but can't receive calls. Anytime someone calls me it say that it goes straight to voicemail I can't even access the voicemail. Whyy?

Suddenly my phone service does not work. Cannot make outgoing calls, incoming says out of service, cannot send regular sms messages, I have restarted the phone, cleaned the sim card, and checked my account balance. My account status is active and wifi still works

I have the same issue. I can't receive calls and going straight to voicemail.

I am writing to report an issue with my Lucky Mobile service. I am located in Edmonton and have a Toronto-based Lucky Mobile number. However, today, December 11th, I am unable to make calls to my family members in Toronto.

My payment due date is the 30th of each month, and my account is in good standing. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

  • I've had this Sim card for about 6 months and I never had any issues. Then all of a sudden, my husband said that he tried to call me and my phone was turned off (went straight to voicemail). I checked and it was turned on. I tried to call him and nothing happened - it says "calling" but it doesn't call and then I get disconnected. I checked my account and I still had money but I added more just in case. It still doesn't work. I tried turning off my phone. Still no luck. I can't call tech support because my phone doesn't work and their "Live Chat" is with AI which I absolutely despise! They already owe me 2 days worth of phone service. I spend a long time in my car everyday with children and this really isn't safe. I found other posts here but no one seems to have an answer. I'm very upset! Is my only solution to go to a shop?!

this may caused by system upgrading to Volte, just turn on the option on your phone.

SMS and data services are working properly, but I can't make or receive Phone calls. As per Lucky mobile tech line support request I reset the network , restart the phone couple times with no success. I even replaced the Sim card with a new one, still the same problem. What is really funny is that we put the Sim card in another phone and it work properly, on the other hand we put another phone number Sim in my phone it also work. But my line is not working.

Help please.....

Same problem for me. For a few weeks now I can no longer make or receive calls, but data and sms services are working fine. This problem seems to affect many users. Could Lucky fix this issue? If not, the only option I see is to move to another cell phone provider.

In my case I think it was because voLTE wasn't activated and Bell turned off the 3g signal in my area. I found the info on other forums. For Xiaomi phones voLTE can be activated by dialing *#*#86583#*#*

Everything works fine now in my case. Hope this info can help someone else.

I’m not able to make calls or receive calls for or do anything with my phone it says sos 

This is the 2nd month this happens at the billing cycle and I have automatic top off. Last month service came back after 2 days

For last 4-5 days despite of loaded funds in my mobile, I cant receive any calls or send any calls?

I am currently unable to make or receive calls from my phone. Txt messages and data work fine. If I call someone I don't even hear a ring and eventually it times out and says 'mobile network is unavailable'. I have noticed that I will have multiple bars of signal but once I attempt to make a call it will often immediately drop to zero bars. This is in my home where I've been using my phone with zero problems for over a year until now. I've had several people try to call me to no avail, it will either not ring on their end, or not ring and then go to voicemail. I get no missed calls and no voicemail notifications. I've been with Lucky for over 5 years and haven't had this issue previously. I have not changed my phone in 3 years or so. No settings have changed on my phone. This is pretty frustrating as I didn't know this was an issue until I was waiting for an important call that never came through.  

So I'm looking for any help with this issue.

I have swapped Sims and watched countless videos, along with trying the troubleshooting page on the app. Nothing seems to work

Why I am unable to make calls if I still have balance in my account.
l paid for 2 months so my service is not discontinued, still it is.
