Hello Lucky Mobile Team,

I tried downloading my payment history but just the most recent payment is showing. I need a payment history from inception which is about 12 months ago. I have called your customer care and feedback is they have no such statement. I was referred to the back office, requested email to send a request and there is none rather I was asked to chat with the machine. Getting payment history should not be this difficult. Please assist as I need it in the bank tomorrow.

How can I get a history that shows how much taxes are taken from my bank account each month?  I need it to file taxes as I use phone for business. Seems that LM takes more than 15% HST. There is no answer in the support area.

I am looking for officially-looking monthly invoices for auto-top-up payments.

Are those available ? May I receive those by email ?

Payment history doesn't even show HST on the top-up amounts.

For example, other prepaying providers, like Public Mobile, generate good looking invoices.

Can Lucky provide an invoice or receipt for a pre-paid service payment? I found only the payment history, but I need a document to show to the company's accountant.
