I have tried everything positive to activate my new SIM card any thoughts ideas or help out there xa

The Community will need more information in order to provide you with support. 

  • Are you receiving error messages?
  • Is the page refreshing to a previous step?
  • Are you attempting to activate a second line on a pre-existing email used on a different Lucky mobile account?

You can try clearing your cookies and cache and to make sure the pop-up blocker is turned off for the Lucky mobile website and try again.
