When change my plan,the new plan doesn't show auto top up bonus

when I try to change my plan from 15 /month to either 25 / month with 500 mb  data or 30 / month with 1G data, the new plans don't show the auto top up bonus of data but only the 6 payment reward 500mb .

why? thank you !

Hey there @Troiy , 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The auto top-up bonus is not directly linked to the rate plan itself as it is dependent on your payment method. As long as you meet all of the requirements, it will set itself to the correct bonus once the plan is updated and payment is made.
