Just a suggestion but this reply of "offers data at 3G speeds" gives me the impression that there is no 5G available. You gave a link for more info but should you not say 5G is allowed for different amounts of data

Yes I believe Lucky offers 5G speeds at reduced speeds.

You need to be in a 5G area.
