How do I refund my balance or transfer it to my next month's payment?

There has been 15 sitting in my acc. for months. I want to use it to pay my monthly balance or have it refunded. How do I do that? My monthly acc. is set up for auto pay. It is over 30/ month. It comes off my CC. thanks
