Voicemail not picking up

I am a new Lucky Mobile Subscriber, i called my voicemail from my phone, changed the password and configured a welcome message. when i receive calls that i don't answer, they don't go to voicemail, there is only a message that the subscriber is not available. what can i do?

That does sound strange. Could you confirm that you've followed the steps correctly to activate your voicemail inbox? Take a look at our handy How To article on Activating Lucky Mobile Voicemail to double check.

As an extra option to consider as well, is your voicemail inbox full? Voicemail with Lucky Mobile is limited to saving 5 messages, and new voicemails would not be able to be left until any of those prior messages are deleted or expire on their own.

I just transferred my number from Fizz to Lucky a few hours ago, when I try to setup my voicemail, I get a message saying that I'm not subscribed to voicemail. How do I go about fixing this? I tried accessing it by pressing and hold 1 on the keypad, by pressing the Call Voicemail button in the voicemail tab and by calling my own number. I'm using an iPhone if it makes a difference.
