So I forgot to top my sons phone. It has now been suspended. I tried to top up online I'm blocked. Tried calling *111 on his phone and it wont got thru. Do I need to go to lucky kiosks or call customers service using my phone (not lucky line) just one to get my sons phone back up.

My credit card was compromised and i missed changing to a new card in time, but tried three or four times yesterday and today, in differing amounts, to top up manually. I checked my visa on line and nothing has gone through. How many days does it take to get me up and running again? Also, is there any way to get in touch with a real person?!!! I fear that there will be a huge charge to the visa when it finally catches up with me!

Hi
My account was in deficit and has been suspended. I topped up with a credit card and it shows the balance as being twice my monthly charge, but there is a nessage saying "you didn't top up enough and the account is still suspended." It seems the charge is not going through. I've tried in 4 times with different browsers with same results. How do I get this suspension lived and have the top work?

I had a similar situation when paying with my credit card. The charges kept getting declined. It got resolved by contacting my credit card issuer and telling them to allow the charges to go through. He actually stayed on the line with me as I attempted to pay the Lucky top up! If that doesn't work you might try using a top up card instead of a credit card. They told me you could purchase them at most gas stations. But I'd try contacting my credit card issuer first and see if they can get it to work.

I am unable to top up my account! my credit card works everywhere else, but no matter how much money i try to add to my account it still says i need to add sufficient funds to re-activate!
what is going on?! been this way for over a week now! NEVER had this issue before PLEASE FIX IT!

My son has not paid his bill and the account has been suspended. Worse the account is due to be deactivated on March 18. I set up auto top up for my bank account and it says that the new bill date will be the 17th. My question, which no one seems to be able to answer at Lucky Mobile, is this.... Will they charge my account on March 17 and bring it up to date thus avoiding the deactivation, OR does the 17th come into effect next month (April) and I will physically need to top up the account before March 18? If I do top up today with a card, will they double bill and take the funds again tomorrow?

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
We apologize if this information comes in to late. To ensure your son's account is not deactivated, you should physically top up the account immediately.
Lucky Mobile's Automatic Top-Up system typically takes 2–3 days to process from a bank account, and registering for it does not trigger an immediate payment.
- Automatic Top-Up Delay: If you set up or update auto top-up within 2 days of your charge date, the system might miss the current cycle, and you must top up manually to restore services. Since your date is the 17th and deactivation is the 18th, relying on the automated system is risky.
- Avoiding Deactivation: Once an account is deactivated (typically after 120 days of non-payment), the phone number is released and cannot be retrieved. A manual top-up will reactivate the service within one hour (if account is still active).
- New Billing Date: When you top up a suspended account, the day you make that payment becomes your new Monthly Charge Date for all future months.
- Account Credit: If you topped up on the 16th and the auto top-up is also triggered on the 17th, you will see two charges. However, because Lucky Mobile is prepaid, the second payment will simply sit as a positive balance on the account and can be used if you need to add extras within a billing cycle.
