Restore service after stolen phone

Not once was I advised to visit a store to have my service restored after my device was stolen and then returned a month or so later.  The original SIM card had been removed so I had already purchased a new SIM card.  After number attempts at having my service restored through Chat and then using the Text Now app, I have had every call dropped and not one return call to the number provided.  I have given up trying to get my phone service restored and plan on changing to a new provider who actually know how to how to perform simple tasks.  Not a happy customer.

Rest assured, I tried all options available to restore my service.  Now it's time to top-up my account.  I have opted to change providers.  Very dissatisfied customer with Lucky Mobile.  It's very unfortunate.

The app is absolutes garbage. Not works! It just sends you in loops if it even functions at all. I'm having the same problem with the restore aspect of things. It's totally unacceptable! Get it together Lucky Mobile! I'm starting to think this isn't the provider for me or anybody i get a chance to talk to. So pathetic. So weak. So lame.
