How do I tell if I have auto top up activated?

I activated my sim yesterday. I'm new to Lucky Mobile and ported my previous phone number over. There were some payment hurdles but finally my number was activated. I thought I had signed up for automatic monthly payments but I can't tell from the website if this is so. How do I know?

To confirm if you have automatic top-up enabled, you can log into your Lucky Mobile My Account profile and look under "My Prepaid Account" on the main page. Underneath your current balance, you'll see a sub-header for Automatic Top-Up, along with the following details:

  • Amount being topped up 
  • Payment method of choice (Visa / Mastercard / etc.)
  • The date when the payment is withdrawn

As an example, it would show as "Add $15.00 from Visa credit card on day 14 of each month".
