Asked for account holder's name when topping up?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to top up my phone using a pre-paid card. It has no name as you all might know... thing is, since the card doesn't have a name, the appl is asking me the "name of the Lucky Mobile Account Holder"...

I tried here... but I just can't find the thing... any clues?

All Lucky Mobile accounts have a person's name attached, who is then responsible as the account holder. Do you have an active Lucky Mobile account already, or are you trying to activate for the first time?

If the former, please try using your own name when asked, or the name of the person who primarily uses the account if you're topping up for someone else. If the latter, make sure you're following the right instructions and follow the steps provided for Activating My PhoneOpens in a new tab or window where you can then apply the top-up card.
