cannot get Eastlink landline calls on my 782 number

Hi!  I have a Lucky mobile number beginning with the area code 782.  I cab receive calls from everyone except Eastlink landline phone.  Anyone else have a similar issue?

That is definitely odd, do you know if your Eastlink contacts have called their carrier to check it out and/or have you got in touch with our technical team to open a ticket?

I contacted tech support. They gave me another number but same issue.  How do I open a ticket?

I am  the writer of this post. Tech support for Lucky did speak with me b4 Christmas and said he would fix the problem and get back to me in a couple hours.  I never heard from him again and my problem never got fixed. I now have a mobile from Fido...which does work.
