Why haven't I received the 12 month payment reward?

So far I know there are two Lucky Rewards you get after paying for a certain period of time. The first is after 6 months where you get 250mb bonus data, and the second is after 12 months and is 750mb I believe. In May it said I had 11/12 months, but when I topped up in June it didn't change and said it was still at 11/12 payments. When I topped up today it still remains at 11/12 payments. Could someone please explain why I haven't received the reward?

You are somewhat lucky excuse the pun. My rewards refused to accumulate despite contacting agent. Have been customer on same plan for more than a year maybe two. My 6 month and 12 month rewards have never moved. The agent gave me 15gb of data per month for a year  (yay) but same problem exists and now data bonus given is about to expire.
