When I look at my phone usage why is the time of day is wrong?

When I check my call logs, I thought something seemed off. . I called my hubby today at 12pm,     it showed up in call log as 1:45 AM

Welcome to the community and interesting question. 

The community is a peer to peer assistance channel so it is a bit difficult to determine the cause of such a delay between the timestamp of the when the call was made/posted. 

However, it's not uncommon to see a timestamp delay depending on the type of usage and the hour format the billing system uses. It is also possible that the system is still recording the interaction and it will reset itself shortly.

We will be happy to help as best as we can and will need a few more details;

  • Out of curiosity, are you seeing other interactions with such a high delay or it was simply that specific call?
  • Are you seeing the same delay while checking your My Account via the app and/or web browser or both?
  • Have you tried to log out of the app and log back in to see if that made a difference?
  • Was your hubby outside of the country when you called him?
