So I forgot to top my sons phone. It has now been suspended. I tried to top up online I'm blocked. Tried calling *111 on his phone and it wont got thru. Do I need to go to lucky kiosks or call customers service using my phone (not lucky line) just one to get my sons phone back up.

I am having an issue with my service from a wk now. I have top up 7 times till now which is your system error. My service is suspended. The staff is not talking polite. I was on the call with customer service representative for whole day yesterday but still they not able to fix the issue. Today I again got a call and the lady on the phone was not ready to listen at all and on top of it was very rude. I am clueless how to solve this issue. This is mental harassment for me. I am a busy mom and not able to be chat and on phone whole day to sort the issue with no results. Please suggest.

Same thing happened to me, I was on their chat and the agent told me to top up again, and I did, so basically I was charged twice, they turned my service back on and my balance is $31 now. I feel like I should call my credit card company and ask them to refund me the second charge…

Hello. Got a sim at the store and purchased 50 dollars at a shell gas station. Put the sim in today and did the online activation and used the pin on the paper receipt. everything seemed good, but now my phone won't make or receive calls, and my account says this...

Which is mega wrong. like some old account or something...
So since it only took 25 dollars off my printed receipt topup thing, I tried to add it again and it said the pin was invalid.
Tried restarted phone several times. double checking APN. Checking online troubleshooting.
Seems to be a service level issue.

seems to have been fixed. Got a txt message saying the 50 dollar top up was received and checked if outgoing calls worked, they did. Thanks

I did not top off my account in time and it stated that my account was suspended. When I did pay off my balance, it stated that my account is still suspended. Is there any way to avoid account suspension?

I just activated a sim card and went through filling my credit card for the top up process (manual).
However, my account still says balance 0 account suspended. I tried again.
When I go check my credit card history, I have various $0 charges from Bell.
I just want to know if the charges were rejected and I can try again. I don't want suddenly to have a bunch of top-up charges getting approved and suddenly have a fortune loaded into the account, I just needed one month's worth.

I just finished registering an account with lucky mobile, providing my chosen plan and my payment method, but my account shows that my balance is 0.00 and I also received a text message telling me that the account is suspended because I haven't paid for my monthly plan. I am now very confused, does this mean that the monthly plan payments are not being made by lucky mobile after registering the account? If I follow the instructions to top-up my account

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with activating your account.
You need to have enough funds in your balance to cover your monthly plan on your anniversary date, otherwise your account will be suspended as you've seen.

Havent been able to top up my account with credit card all day
