So I forgot to top my sons phone. It has now been suspended. I tried to top up online I'm blocked. Tried calling *111 on his phone and it wont got thru. Do I need to go to lucky kiosks or call customers service using my phone (not lucky line) just one to get my sons phone back up.

I've made my payment but my phone says unregistered sim and when someone calls me it says the customer you are calling does not exist?? I've had this sim for almost 2 years now what do I do?

Hi everyone,
so i ported my number to lucky from rogers roughly 4 or 5 months ago and i had service for the first month and then i was unable to afford to purchase any top up cards ( which i was informed wouldnt be an issue when i first came to lucky) and then last month i had data for about 48 hours and then it was gone again, i was also able to text during those 48 hours as well. anyways, after that it was gone again and now its saying that i am -$35 on my lucky account and when i purchased 2 top up cards last night and tried to add them last night and this morning and now again tonight and it says there is a technical error on luckys end and to keep trying but its still not letting me and i am wondering if there is maybe something wrong with my sim card and not adding any money to my account for the months that i couldnt afford it.

Hey kristy,
Are you sure that the current balance says "-ve $35"?
Because as Lucky mobile is a prepaid service, the balance does not go negative. It might be that the current balance is $35 positive, meaning that the top-up was successful and if your plan was $35, you would be able to use it.
If you have topped up twice, the first $35 might be used for your current month's payment and the 2nd top up is still unused, thus, a positive current balance of $35, assuming you have a $35 plan.
This answer might not be 100% on point as I am still having difficulties, understanding your query.

Hey Mommabear,
When you activate a ported number, you will manually need to top up first to get you number working. If you dont, it shows the message that the number is suspended. Simply top up for your first month and you can start using the sim normally.

Why was I sent a text saying that my account was suspended due to not adding minutes in time when the date for me to add minutes is the second of every month

I have my monthly cost of 55 plus the charged another interrupted my again for another 20 and shut off service.

My top-up was due today, and this morning I got a text message saying my plan doesn't include data. I log in to top up my account and it says it's suspended until I top up (even though the day had just started). I top up my account and my data still isn't working. In my account it says I have 10GB of data in my plan, but it just doesn't work at all anymore.

Spent over an hour in Walmart while worker was on the phone with customer service getting my account straightened out, said my account was suspended but only stopped working today, money taken out the 28th of December, bank confirmed, and I did another topup today and took screenshots as proof. Person on phone said it would be fixed and reactivated within 30 minutes, that was just about 4 hours ago and I still have no service and my account is negative. Customer service calls are recorded. I want my service. I am a single mother and have a fixed income, if I wanted to be charged 161 a month to have no service I would have gone with a contract not pay as you go.

I am using an esim and I have been using it for 3 months already. However, it’s been a week already that I have no service. I have tried restarting the phone, and enabling and disabling airplane mode but it’s still the same. I went outside of the house and still the same. Anywhere, it’s the same. I can’t call or text nor receive any call or text. Help please. Thank you.
