Top-up card validation never ends

I'm in the progress of activating my physical sim card. Everything works fine until the very last step - where I enter my $15 top-up card that I bought at an esso gas station. After clicking the Validate button, a spinning wheel occurs with a label "Verifying your number". It stuck there forever, and I can't proceed. 

Some actions I've done:

- Ensure the top-up card number is 100% correct.

- Shut down all addons, including adblockers.

- Switch browser from Chrome to Edge and Chrome Incognito mode. All failed at the same step.

Please advise how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

We wanted to start by saying, great post☺ Were you able to complete the request or you're still having issues with your activation?

The issue persisted. I ended up calling customer service to get the sim card activated and toped up. 

Please report this to your developers as it seems to be a defect with the validate button/function.
