Texting only works over wifi

I can't receive texts unless connected to wifi.

$15/month plan 100 minutes & unlimited texting. Was fine until a couple months ago.

  • Are you referring to picture messages or any text messages?
  • Are you receiving a failed delivery or error message? If so, what is the message received?
  • Are there specific locations where the issue is happening?
  • Have you tried your SIM in a different phone to see if the same error occurs?
  • When did you notice the issue started?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  • Have you spoken to our technical support team to open a ticket?
