If you've ported out your phone number, then no. If you've gotten a brand new phone number, then yes.

You'll need to log into the Lucky Mobile My Account profile linked with your previous number and cancel the auto top-up from the Top Up OptionsOpens in a new tab or window page.

How do I cancel automatic top up if I got a new number?

This doesn't work. Tried to cancel my auto top up through page provided above, but doesn't allow a cancel auto top-up option, only auto top up monthly and Monthly With Low Balance.  Please help.
