I am having a very similar issue with my Xiomi Redmi Note 12. Interesting, I CAN make phone calls from smaller cities like Sudbury but when I arrive in a big center like Toronto or Ottawa my phone calls stop working. Like you, I have data and can text it's just the phone calls won't work. I'm wondering if it's a 5g issue? I too, like Nicki, have tried changing the Apn without success. I tried my SIM in my old Motorola MotoG phone while in Toronto and I could make phone calls with it so it's not a SIM issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
