Hey! I recently got an international calling package (region 1) but it says that I need a service pass… the lucky mobile person I talked to a lucky person. And they said it will work and it didn’t… help me…

Caller ID not using my Government Name...

So I have had a couple of my friends & family members make it known that, my caller ID that shows when my Caller ID is set to on is NOT my actual name... and it's actually my small businesses name that is much, much more recent than my current phone ...

Resolved! When does and inactive account expire?

I wish to retain my number and keep my account, but am out of the country. I understand that my account will expire after 4 months of inactivity, but from what date is that calculated? I am not subscribed to automatic payment, but my account balance ...
