Receiving calls are intermittent. I have almost full coverage bars (strong signal), rebooted phone several times, checked the sim card make sure its cleaned. Phone is in very good condition. When i try to call, sometimes it takes a while before i can hear the ringing. Somedays everything works fine, but lately its getting worst.

Good morning, @Dan001. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for reaching out.
For the Community to be better able to assist, could you provide a little more insight as to what troubleshooting you've completed?
- Have you completely replaced the SIM card at a Lucky Mobile retail location?
- Have you tried inserting the current SIM into a different phone?
- Is the issue consistent, or do you recognize it getting better or worse when you move around? Leaving home, going to and from work, etc.
- If necessary, have you already spoken to our Tech Support team to open a ticket?
- Do you know of anyone else in your area having cellular issues in general?
We also have a great Service Troubleshooting page
on our website for you to review for tips and tricks.
Check that out and let the Community know if you have any questions.

Hey there @brandon pearce ,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
Many factors can limit signal strength, especially if you're indoors, other factors are topography, environmental conditions and line of sight to towers to name a few, there may also be tower congestions in your area.
We invite you to check out the questions and link in our above reply for tips and tricks when faced with issues.
