I activated my sim card and everything, but I still cant use the data or call anyone. Any tips?

I have Activated my SIM card and added funds to my top up card but still not working just says SOS in top right corner. I can’t send msgs or receive phone calls

Do keep in mind that when first activating, it can take up to 24 hours for everything to come into full effect.

Hi --
I had to replace the phone (broke), so I bought an unlocked Samsung and transferred my SIM into it (it fits).
Then I went into the website / account here and followed the prompts for "transfer your service to a new phone"
When I go to try to make a call, it won't let me yet (is there a delay?).
Have I done this right? I used the IMEI number and it's compatible. I'd also already been using my new phone for texting and calls which worked when I bought a service pass (so why won't my usual monthly plan be on here/ allow me to make calls with it?)
Please advise -- thank you!

We wanted to check and see if you were still having issues with your services after transferring your SIM to a new device. At times, there can be a delay when activating your services, which you effectively are doing so by completing the update for your device info.
If the issue is persisting, it may be recommended to visit a local Lucky Mobile kiosk or partnered retailer with a piece of valid photo ID to complete a SIM swap.

Thanks - yes, the issue is persisting (24 hours later). What do you mean by a SIM swap? The SIM was obviously working fine on the new device. I made calls on it before I purchased a service pack. It seems that purchasing the service pack did something to mess everything up.
I know the phone/SIM must be fine together because I was using them right away. But I made a long phone call and it ran over my 100 minutes (plan), so I bought a service pack. And that's when things got screwed up, because even though I paid the new monthly plan fee, I have not been able to make calls.

It has been 4 plus days since i have purchased a Lucky Sim and activated a plan on it. Unfortunately, besides the use of the data , I am unable to make or receive any calls. I have tried contacting Lucky mobile but to no avail. Still havent been able to make or receive any calls while continuing to pay for a plan where said service has been unavailable to me with no customer support.
I have tried restarting, resetting the network, reinserting the sim, checked device compatibility, registered my IMEI number, etc. but so far nothing.
Disappointing experience overall.

Hi, I have Lucky sim . My internet is working properly but my phone is not receiving and making any calls. My account status is active and also topped up but still it's creating an issue.
Please see this issue ASAP, otherwise changing the operator will be the only option.

I have paid and added my plan and its been updated after I restarted my phone. But my services are not working...

Good day,
I have activated Lucky Mobile SIM yesteday and was able to text and browser Internet as expected.
However, I am not able to make/receive any voice call. When calling to, tone rang for 3 times then got a msg saying the person is using the phone. When calling from, the call just went dead after 5sec.
I followed the instructions from the text received from Mobile (luckym.ca/APN) to add a new APN but no luck.
I am using Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G.
Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated.
