The instructions for the linked page as well as the email I received when I repeated my missing phone say to go to the restore your services online tool but when I log in, there is no link to anything because it says I have no services associated with my account. I’ve called customer service twice and they tell me that even though I was following the instructions from the email lucky sent me, that’s not what I should have done and my service needs to be restored and they will forward my call, then I’ve been alternatively sent back to the main menu or to dead air. Now customer service is closed. So annoyed. Any ideas on what to do? All weekend with a SIM and can’t get my service restored.
