The Automatic Top-up - Monthly Top-Up option will automatically charge your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account every month with enough funds to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons), one day prior to your Monthly Charge Date
If you forget to change your Monthly Top-Up settings when you change your Plan and Add-Ons, we will automatically change your Top-Up amount to match your new Total Monthly Charge for you. This way, you never need to worry about losing your service.
You can set up Automatic Top-Up with the Lucky Mobile My Account app or by logging into My Account

If you set up automatic top up, when do they take the money? Do they take it as soon as you sign up for automatic top up, or do they only take the money on the day that your monthly renewal is? Like I need to top up my plan on the 5th of each month. So will automatic top up only take the payment on the 5th or do they take the payment when I sign up for automatic top up? And how can you stop the automatic top up if you need to?

I was sent this link for answers to my questions. It didnt have answers. Just tried to get you to sign up for automatic top up without answering the questions I have about. Could someone specifically read my post and comment the correct answers to my questions and then maybe I would sign up for automatic top up!

I read every link yous sent me and even read the whole board and still does not answer a simple question! All I want to know is if I sign up for the regular automatic monthly top up (NOT the low balance top up) when do they take the money? Do they just automatically take the money on your top up date, mine is on the 5th of each month. So will they just automatically top up that day, or the day before? Or do they take the automatic top up payment like the day after you already made a payment. I want a specific answer on when do they go take the money for the automatic top up, no more links that does not answer this. It only answers for automatic low balance payment. If you can't give me the answer then please give me a phone number I can call to get ahold of a lucky rep to get the answer! It shouldn't be this hard to get an answer and I'll probably loose out on a promotion that's running because no one can clarify just when do they go take the money each month!

Hello, I have the automatic Top-Up from my bank account (not through Visa debit, but the actual automatic withdrawal from the account) and I forgot that the payment is processed a day before my Charge date so there were insufficient funds. The bank is going to chargeback the payment to Lucky and I was charged an NSF.
I contacted customer service and to them, it looks like my account is paid in full, but they may not have seen the chargeback yet.
To try and fix this I both now have funds in the bank account (in case they try to make the payment again) and added enough to cover my monthly charge onto my Lucky Mobile balance. Do you think this will fix the problem before they cancel my sim card? x.x

Lol they literally did exactly what I said, why does nobody at this company know what I am talking about? They canceled my sim card after missing one automatic payment when there was $25 on my account balance. Now I have no service and my account is showing $0. So NO THE LINKS DO NOT HELP THANKS.

I have an activated Lucky Mobile account that has already had the first month payment done via a credit card. I want to link it to my bank account for automatic monthly payments for the base subscription. I'm not looking to Top up my account, just pay the original amount. Where do I find this option to set up automatically monthly payments for the base plan, not for the over-the-plan usage? and no, I do not want to do this via the App; this is for someone who is not phone-savvy and so prefers to do it online only

I recently changed my payment option from my credit card to my bank card. The next payment was supposed to be debited last week... that transaction has yet to go through and it is not an error on my banks part, or my budgeting skills. I still have service and my account is still active....what is taking so long for the transaction to go through?
