Resolved! Can't send/receive texts

Is there some type of coverage outtage as I'm not receiving my texts. And when I text someone, I'm they aren't receiving my texts.Very frustrating as I need my phone for work.

I have paid my monthly bills and changed my plan but the app keeps saying that I don’t have data and I have used 94% and I have 28 days left but I have 30 days and I just paid for a plan that will give me 64G

Resolved! Voicemail greeting

My personal voicemail greeting has changed to a generic greeting. I have entered a new personal greeting several times but the generic greeting is still there. How do I get rid of the generic greeting?
