Lucky Mobile Smart Watch Support

Hi there,

I don't see any posts about this, so I will start documenting the (probably wrong) process I have been following.  I have an Apple Watch SE with cellular for my son.  It requires an eSIM and my previous service provider does not offer this function.  I quickly scanned the Lucky Mobile pages and it sounded like it would be easy to make this work.

I bought a Lucky Mobile SIM card and brought it home to activate.  I added a phone number and bought a plan.  Now I want to transfer the physical SIM to an eSIM.

I can't find any directions about how to do this on the web-site.  In several places there are links that say they will provide me with a way to do this, but it only opens my profile/account page.

What was I supposed to do?

It's Sunday afternoon, so there appears to be no support.

I'll check in again tomorrow.

I bought Lucky for a kids watch. Unfortunately the watch not detect the SIM card. But when I put in a smartphone works. I want the return of my money.

Lucky Mobile must put in the information of their plans that watches are not supported. I wasted more than 40 dollars for nothing.

I am facing the same issue. From the 4G gps they claim it works. You should be honest at saying smart watches are not compatible. I felt robbed

Hey guys,

Lucky Mobile seems to work with only few smart watching. As of now I have not seen any branded smartwatch supporting the Lucky SIM (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.)

However, many of the kids smart watch which are usually cheaper ones and have an option to put a SIM in it works fine. However, I would suggest to check it first if the smart watch is supported at a Lucky Mobile store or the Partner stores such as Bell or The Source.

Hi guys,

I am a new lucky mobile member and I was really hoping I could add an additional line for my cellular apple watch.

Is this possible? I couldn't really find an answer.

Thanks in advance!
