Is it possible to receive International call to Lucky mobile number ?

Is it possible to receive a phone call from outside of Canada to Lucky Mobile number in Canada ?
If so, is it also possible to receive International calls without purchasing Service Pass?

Welcome to the Community and great question.

As long as you're physically in your local calling area, all incoming calls will be considered as local regardless of it's origin.
