Hey Goku,

Did you bought a service pass for the international calling, or an add-on for international calling?

If former, it will start right away and if it was an add-on, it will start from your next billing cycle (Unless you choose the option to start it right away and paid prorated amount, which is determined at the end of your billing cycle, I know its way too complicated for normal users.)

Hi there, @Pradeep. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community, and thanks for your post.

As said by @MK4753, have you bought an add-on or a service pass? The former would not come into effect until your next anniversary date, with the latter being effective immediately.

Additionally, are you only calling one specific country, or multiple countries? International calling is split into different regions or "zones" - it's important to make sure that the number you're calling is covered by the add-on or service pass you're using. You can review and make sure by checking out our page on International Calling Add-onsOpens in a new tab or window and looking at the "Call these countries" details under each one.

Lastly, you'll want to make sure that you're entering the dialing code for the specific country or countries when calling. You could also have a restriction placed on your ability to call outside of Canada as a fraud prevention measure. In this last case, you'll need to Contact UsOpens in a new tab or window to have it removed.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi there @Zack.

Welcome to the Community.

We wanted to check in to see if you were still having issues when trying to call internationally.

At times, when activating or adding on a new service, it can take 24 to 48 hours to come into effect.

Let us know if you were still in need of assistance.

Hey; yes! It did start working! Thanks so much for the great customer service.

I purchased an add on to make international calls and I was told that the service would be  effective from Dec 25. I still cannot make international calls and I get a message that I don't have that facility.

Hey @Pradeep,

Try giving call to customer support and they would have full access to your plans and add-ons.

I've started buying the add-on to call oversea of region 1 for half of month, but still can't?

I wanted to call a number in Taiwan and I bought the Service Pass already, also I'm in the $25 Unlimited Can Min 500MB Data Plan so that's not the 500 MB Data-Only Plan either(I suppose?)When I made the call after purchasing the service pass it told me that international calling needs a request, and it wanted me to call a Bell service number to do it. So I called the number it told me and the Bell's AI customer service told me my number was not on the service list(which makes sense because my number is with Lucky Mobile, not Bell, but why bother me calling Bell's service center in the first place?) And now I looked through all the FAQs still haven't found a way to make an international call.

HOW ON EARTH CAN I MAKE THAT CALL?

Can I call a Nigerian number with any of the international call adds on??

how to call from canada to china with 200min international voice call region A service?

Hi. I just purchase a $10 service pack for region A as I need to call Australia. The service pack shows on my account on the Lucky Mobile app, and I received a SMS confirming that my 200 Min Intl Calls Région A is ready to use and will expire on June 13 2025, however I still cannot call Australia. Every time I try, I get a recorded message stating that international phone calls are not included in my plan and I then receive a sms stating that I tried to make a call that's not included in my plan with a link to the Service pass options. I restarted my phone just in case it would help but it didn't. I've been trying to make my call for half an hour now to no avail. Is there anything that can be done to activate the service pass?

I bought a top up for region A international calls but it's not working
