I have not received a $20 Dollarama gift card after 2 months of service yet. What might be a reason?

So I've been with Lucky Mobile since June 26th and I was supposed to receive a $20 Dollarama Gift Card and havent received it yet and with the way things have been going I probably won't ever see it, tell me why the customer has to chase you guys down to get an answer and then when I do finally get a hold of you I'm told totally different things or I'm hung up on i just want my gift card if you guys can't fulfill a promotion then don't do the promotions because honestly you guys are ridiculous so fed up with you guys man.. I WANT MY GIFT CARD... NO EXCUSES!!!

For starters for us to be able to assist, we'd ask that you review the eligibility conditions as explained in the helpful reply (the one with the green checkmark) earlier in this thread. It's important that you need to meet all these conditions to qualify for the Dollarama gift card promotional offer.
If you can confirm that you have met all these conditions, please do let us know.

Lucky Mobile website says nothing about marketing preferences to get the gift card. That's the only thing I didn't have completed from the list of requirements referenced here. I have done everything else. We shouldn't be penalized for this. I didn't know about the Marketing Preferences until I came here looking for answers. I've paid my bill for my third month up to this point. I think I have the correct Marketing Preferences checked now. Can I still get the card or am I out of luck because I didn't have information that was hidden from me?
To be eligible for the Gift Card:
- Activate your Lucky Mobile SIM card at luckymobile.ca/activate
- Make an initial payment for your first month
- Top-Up to cover your second month
Once you have completed these 3 actions, the Gift Card will be sent to you as a barcode link via text, along with a PIN, within a few days of your second Monthly Charge Date, as long as you have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charges.

What does this mean? I need to have money in my Lucky account even after I paid each month??? You can't just detect my bill was paid before the billing date for the first 2 months???
