Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
To change your email address and/or username, you simply need to log in to My Account. Once on your profile you will see that My services is selected (as shown on the below image), you would then click on My profile and you will see Account email address and a little lower Username, both has the option to be modified by pressing the change button next to it.
