Hi, I just bought this phone but I can't call out or receive calls. I've tried to transfer my sim to a new phone via the website but the website keeps saying the IMEI can't be used on the network, but you guys are selling the Galaxy A12 in the store, so I'm confused as to why this is happening. I can get and send texts though, so I know my SIM is good and fine. I've tried everything I've found online that possibly solves this and nothing has worked. The most common solution seemed to be turning off call barring but that doesn't work because call barring isn't activated. I think I just need someone to bypass the system and manually enter the IMEI. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried to reach out to chat but it's greyed out on both my PC and the App.
Thanks for helping!
Hoping for the best!

Hey there @-mariah,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Purchasing devices from a third party reseller like Amazon can be tricky, as you can potentially receive a device that was manufactured for a different country.
