To schedule a callback, you have a couple different options:
When calling our Customer Service number and first prompted with the IVR system, you may be asked if you want to schedule a callback instead of holding for an agent. If you agree, you'll follow a few steps:
- Confirm the 10-digit phone number on which you want to be called
- You'll be given next available callback time (e.g., “We estimate you’ll be called at around 9:30am”). You cannot choose the callback time.
- You'll receive a confirmation text message after booking the callback ("Your call request is booked! We'll call you on <DATE> between <TIME and TIME>. Data rates may apply").
Alternatively, you can also schedule a callback by visiting us online on our Request a call page. Your confirmation will be sent via text message or email, depending on your communication preferences set in your Lucky Mobile My Account profile settings.
