Welcome to the Community.

In the instance that you have already completed the activation process an email would have been sent with all of your account information.(In some cases it will be in your junk folder.)

If you no longer have the email, you can locate your mobile number in your device settings by following the steps: 

On Android the most common path to finding your number is: Settings > About phone/device > Status/phone identity > Network.

This slightly differs on Apple devices, where you can follow the path of Settings > Phone > My Number.

I’ve been through the other threads and the suggested fixes aren’t working for me. I have just purchased a Lucky Mobile SIM card (physical). I have an account (clearly as I’m able to post here). I have activated the SIM and it’s in my phone. The issue I have is that part way through the registration process, I accidentally closed the Lucky Mobile app. It was at the page where I was to select and pre-pay for my plan. I cannot navigate back to this screen without inputting my new Lucky Mobile phone number, which I did not write down or screenshot as I didn’t mean to close the app. How can I find my phone number so I can proceed? I haven't received a single email from Lucky so it’s not there in any confirmations.

Hey 10000nic,

While activating, if no payment was deducted from your bank, you can restart the activation of the SIM and use the same SIM. You will need to choose a new number though.

I just purchased a sim card for my phone and have just activated it. I downloaded the app and it tells me to link my account but the first question it asks is a phone number. I've given the numbers of people I know and it won't accept it which leads me to think it wants the number linked to my account/phone but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what to do?

For me I have an android phone so it's at Settings/System/About phone/Status.
