How can I download a voicemail message

I want to download a voicemail message but I'm just able to save it for 7 days, I can't find anywhere the option to download it.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post. 

Unfortunately, that isn't a provided service. Our suggestion would be to play the recording on speaker mode and record it with another device that has recording capabilities.
