I've received a couple of these texts I'm just checking to see if weither they are spam or not. And if not is it legit? Is virgin plus the same as virgin mobile?

You have nothing to worry about as they are legitimate offers from one of our sister companies. 

Yes that's correct, Virgin Mobile was renamed Virgin Plus as they now offer household services and not just mobility services.
