HELP! Activation Issues

I have now purchased a second SIM card and I'm still having issues setting up an account. After a very difficult time getting ahold of some help at Lucky, they did reach out via email and tell me to delete browser history, and use the link they sent me. It didn't work

This second card also didn't work.

I am at a loss, and trying to get ahold of customer service is impossible.  My sister uses Lucky and loves it, but I am about fed up with the hassle of trying to give them my money.  Also, Lucky, you can't call me because I can't activate on your service!

Welcome to the Community. 

We wanted to reach out to see if you were able to complete your activation or if you still needed help. 

If you still needed help, here are a few things you can try;

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser.
  • Try incognito mode.
  • If you have multiple Lucky Mobile Accounts, a different email address has to be used for each lines.
  • Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
  • Try a different browser.

I went through the process online on my computer and got stuck on step 6 of the SIM activation after pressing "accept terms and continue" -- it just reloads the page and doesn't change. I tried again on the app on my phone and got the same issue. I attempted to contact customer service over the phone and wasn't able to do anything past the first automated response since i have no idea what my "10 digit luckymobile number" is.

Please help!?

I am activating a phone for my husband. <Step 5>in the activation process asks for username, password, secret questions, etc. The system defaults to my own username and other information. With every change of username I try to enter, I get the message : "! Please enter a username" but it will not accept anything that I type. What's wrong?
