Hi there @KTKhaotic..
Thanks for your post.
Are you attempting activate with a physical SIM or an eSIM?
If it's the latter, at this time we do not support eSIM with the iPhone 14 line of phones.
Check out our page on Dual SIM and eSIMs for more info on compatible phones.

Does lucky mobile work with iPhone 14 models? I’m seeing a lot of confusion and unanswered questions in the forums. I want to upgrade but I’d rather not if there’s no support for it lol.

Hi there, @williamdee. Welcome to the Community.
Could you please clarify and answer the original question in our reply?
Additionally, are you trying to update your device info in the Lucky Mobile My Account app, or in a web browser?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I had switched from an Android phone to iPhone 13 Pro. I have a physical SIM. I am trying to update the device in a browser not the Lucky app. Originally I was given the response that my device was compatible with Lucky but when I went to actually update from Android to iPhone it told me my device was NOT compatible. I did this several times. Eventually I tried the iPhone's IMEI2 number and that did the trick. Problem is: in my Lucky account, my phone still shows up as "unknown" so I don't know if I am all set or not.

Thank you for the details, @williamdee. We're happy to hear you got it working.
Just to make sure, are your services working as intended? If so, that would mean we have the correct device info in our system and you're all set.
If not, let us know.

I believe everything is working fine. I had been having an issue with missed calls that would go right through to voice mail with no ring or vibration (not all calls...it would go for days with not working right and then it would be fine for a time). That caused me to look at my Lucky account and I noticed that the type of phone showed up as "unknown". So when I first got the phone did I forget to follow the procedure for this? I think I may have. Anyway, I went through weeks of trying to get the phone to register and it finally did with the IMEI2 number but the phone still shows up as "unknown". I haven't had any calls lately so I don't know if the phone is working correctly or not (calls with no ring or vibration). Everything else seems to be just fine. It's all confusing and hard to explain. Hope this is of help.

If the calls going straight to voicemail had been happening before you tried updating your phone in My Account, you should check out our thread here, Straight to voicemail. Try out the tips inside, and if you're still having issues otherwise, make a post in the thread and a moderator or user will be happy to help out. 🙂
Otherwise, I would recommend keeping an eye on your services as is to make sure everything is working as intended.

When I check my phones IMEI Check your device's compatibility it tells me my phone will work. But when I try to activate my phone it tells me phone isn’t compatible. Why?
