How do I change my credit card?

You could change your credit card information in the Lucky Mobile App, or in your Lucky Mobile online account. I'll post a few pics showing how to do it in the online account page.

1) Login into your account online
2) Navigate to "My Prepaid Account"
3) Under the tab "My Prepaid Account", find "Top-Up options", and click on "Change Automatic Top-Up"
4) Then, select your preference for monthly automatic top-up option, and click "Next"
5) Now you'll be in "2. Payment Information" where you need to select the top-up amount, and if you scroll down to the bottom of this page, there will be "Method of payment".
6) Click on the "Method of payment", and select "New credit card". A few more text fields will appear for the new credit card's information.
7) After entering the new credit card info, click "Next" which should bring you to the last tab "3. Review". Double-Check your info there and confirm the new top-up information (I don't have a pic for this section though).

Hello, I applied for esim in Korea and used $45 Unified Wan Minn'5GB 4G flange. The payment history of September 6 is present, but the payment of October was not carried out, and my account has been suspended.

 

But in my Korean visa card has already been paid automatically. In the end, I paid money, but on the luckymobile website, I say I didn't pay.

 

This company registered my card for automatic pop-up.

 

What kind of thing is wrong with?

I cannot find any way to change the credit card info I'm using to automatically  pay my monthly bill. Any suggestions as to where and how I can do this? I use my laptop to pay all my bills, so using a phone app is not practical for me.
