Can't make or receive calls. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail

I can't make or receive calls why is that and I'm paying but can't receive calls. Anytime someone calls me it say that it goes straight to voicemail I can't even access the voicemail. Whyy?

Hi,

cannot receive or make calls nor send texts just says no service sos only.

I bought this sim card as I plan on using it as a work number. I tried all the steps that were done in the FAQ like restarting my phone, resetting my network settings, and putting in my sim. Unfortunately, none of these work and I really don't think that it's my location that is affecting the connection. My other sim card works just fine and I have all bars.

Good day, I can not received any incoming calls . Callers informed when call me, it is auto diverted to voice mailbox of other number. I can message and received replied message with no problem.

I can call to other numbers but can not receive any incoming call to my Luckymobile number .

This is the first day register Luckymobile.

Please advise.

We wanted to check in and see if you're still having issues placing calls. At times when first activating, there can be a short processing delay before your services come fully online.

Recently experiencing issues with incoming calls working on 2 lines with lucky mobile 

I have tested and here are my observations. 

1. Caller hears the rings as normal 3 times then goes to voicemail, Receiving phone never rings or show missed call.

2. Caller hears 1 ring, silence for second ring, then hears the 3 ring, goes to voicemail. Receiving phone never rings or shows missed call after.

3. Text/mms messages still work.

4. Outgoing calls work.

5. Incoming calls work right after making a call out.

Both lines use sim in iPhone 13 and 15 pro max

Lines have been active for over 1 year

Any ideas?

Hi Kris,
Problem happened again , after one day Tech team call me and resolved this. Today ( Dec 6th) it was happened again. Incoming calls will come to other number voicemail.

 Messages works fine.

Can you please help forward to Tech team for resolved, thank so much ! If my problem ( incoming or receiving calls ) still existed, there are no way to continue as Luckymobile client, then I need to choose other Service provider .

Can you please share whit the Community what you mean by "Incoming calls will come to other number voicemail.".

Here are some extra details that will also be helpful;

  • Was call forwarding activated recently on your phone?
  • In your voicemail settings, is the Lucky Mobile Voicemail access number correct (6473832365)?
  • When making phone calls or sending text messages, is your phone number showing correctly on their screens?

I am having the same issue.  Some incoming calls ring to my phone as expected.  Most calls go straight to voicemail without any notification or rings on my phone.  I am a brand new Lucky Mobile subscriber (3 weeks now).  All other features work well (data, text, etc).  I do not have DND turned on.  A quick Google search on this issue with Android phones suggests turning off VoLTE which I'd prefer not doing.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your incoming calls. If so, could you review the questions that had been asked by @LuckyMobileAntgio and provide further details at your earliest convenience?

Otherwise, while we understand that you don't want to permanently turn off VoLTE, it may be worth considering just turning it off for a day or two just to test and confirm if it is indeed what's impacting your calls as your research has suggested.

 voice message is disabled , call forwarding is not active. Yesterday Luckymobile resolved it and I am continue to monitor it. Hope its ok now

I should add that calls from people on my phone contacts list do ring through normally.  All calls from people not on my contacts list go straight to VM.  I can confirm that in the phone/call settings the Block unknown/hidden numbers feature is not active.

Could you share with the Community if any action had been taken on your part to treat it? Did you manage to connect with Tech Support to open a ticket? Had you completed troubleshooting that helped resolve it?

Thank you for your feedback. I called and chat with Mr Alteo, he connected me to Tech team for resolve. I do not know they configured something on system but now my number is working properly / can received incoming calls properly.

@Joe_F, have you tried getting in touch with Tech Support like @TPV has? It sounds like they may be able to correct the issue for you ASAP.
