I initially got a $15 plan but upgrade to $25 for unlimited data. Now I do not need it anymore so I am trying to downgrade it back to the $15 but the option is not there on the app or website. How do I do it?

Unfortunately, switching to $15 is not available for current users, as that plan is now only available for new activations.

You cant change the plan to $15 anymore as its available to NEW ACTIVATIONS ONLY.

Hey lukev,
If you deactivate your SIM, you lose your number unfortunately.
I have a way if you want to keep the number for as low amount as possible. Just cancel your auto top-up and you will now be switching to manual top ups every time. On the day your plan expired, you have 90 days of period where in you can keep the same number without any top up required, but it wont be able to make or receive calls and text messages. As soon as you are closer to the 90 days end, you can make a $25 top up from the app and you get another 120 days of same thing (30 days plan validity + 90 days inactive period).

Hi, I stopped automatic top up recently and waited for my service to run out. Now I haven't had service for a couple of days. I logged in to my account to change my plan to the $15/mo plan (I was previously on the $25/mo plan) and clicked on the change plan button. But there I can only $25/mo and up options in the list.
How do I get the $15/mo plan?

Hi,
I am a new customer that started with the $19 plan and I switched to the $48 plan but after a few weeks I realized it’s too much data for me. Is someone able to change me back to the $19 plan or is that not possible - thanks

I'm on the $15 "100 Minute" plan (doesn't exist anymore?)
I want to upgrade to the $19 "Unlimited Canada-Wide Calling Plan" but I can't.
The lowest plan I see when trying to upgrade by myself is a $30 "Unlimited Can Min 10GB 4G".
No thanks. If can't get the $19 plan I'll be canceling and moving to Fizz.
Help?
