Can I keep my current number and activate as a new customer on a promotional plan?

Hello,
I am interested in the following - I have a registered phone number, but I do not like the plans that are offered. I bought a new SIM card. I want to keep my number but use a plan on a new sim card. Can it be done only by entering the physical number on the SIM card?

Thanks for the clarification @Vladter72

No changes needs to be made to your SIM card in order to benefit from new Lucky Mobile plans (certain plans may be eligible for new activations only). All you need to do to change your rate plan is to access My Account via Change My Rate PlanOpens in a new tab or window

Hey there @Vladter72 ,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

The Community will need clarification in regards to your request:

  • Is your registered phone number with Lucky Mobile or are you looking to transfer your phone number to or from Lucky Mobile?

If you're not yet with Lucky Mobile and looking to port in your number, check out Activate your Lucky Mobile SIM CardOpens in a new tab or window

I use a prepaid service with one phone number from Lucky Mobile. I don't like the plans for this SIM card. I want to keep the phone number. I saw that new prepaid plans were released, so I bought a new SIM card. By changing the SIM card number in my account with the operator, will the new prepaid plans for the same operator appear? If the answer is no, then how can I keep the phone number but get the new prepaid plans?

Thanks for the clarification @Vladter72
