Why is it when I put my sim number in and press continue it reloads the page, and it wont work?

That is definitely odd, which browser are you attempting to complete the transaction on? Is it for a new activation or a SIM card change on an existing account?
You can try to clear your cookies and cache and to make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off for luckymobile.ca. You can also try a different browser to complete your activation.
