I go through the activation steps, I reach the sum type option page, I type in my sim card number exactly how it's written on the card, and the page just reloads, all that stays is the card number I wrote, it doesn't even tell me if its wrong, whats happening????

That is definitely odd, which browser are you attempting to complete the transaction on? Is it for a new activation or a SIM card change on an existing account?
You can try to clear your cookies and cache and to make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off for luckymobile.ca. You can also try a different browser to complete your activation.
