Welcome to the Community and great question.

To set the amount of rings prior to activating your voicemail, please follow these steps;

1.Dial *61*voicemail-access-number*11*time#

Voicemail Access Number is 10-digits:

• voicemail-access-number: 647-383-2365

Time: the number of seconds (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30) before the call transfers to voicemail

Example to set the ring control to 20 seconds:

• Lucky mobile: *61*6473832365*11*20#

2.Press SEND

3.A status message is displayed on the screen​

So, I place the entire sequence into the dial section after opening the phone and click SEND or the large green button? [*61*6473832365*11*30#] for 30 seconds....

This is the MESSAGE I get afterward:   "Call forwarding when no reply for All Speech Services - connection problem or invalid MMI code". What does this mean??

A standard message would be received once you press SEND. Please do a test call to your voicemail to confirm if the change was saved, if you have set your voicemail to the maximum, it should ring 5 times before your recording starts.

Hello I tried this a couple of times and I received this error msg "Call forwarding Connection problem or invalid MMI code" ,  What else should I do?  Thanks

Am I supposed my own cell # or that 647 383 2365 ?  Is that my mistake, I typed in my own cell#.
