Bonus Data when more than one phone

I have two phones on my account (mine and daughter's) with both set up for autopay.  I seem to be getting the bonus data on my phone, but not on the second.  Shouldn't I get bonus for both phones when they're both on autopay?

There are some requirements to be eligible for the auto top-up bonus data:

- The line without the bonus data, is it on an eligible in-market plan?

- Are there any current auto top-up bonus' active on the line?

To learn more on the requirements, check out our Lucky Mobile Plans. Once on the page, scroll down until you see and click on the "+", a new section will appear with the details.

Hi there. 

My 250 Mb bonus data don't work. I just got my Lucky SIM card at the beginning of this month using mostly WiFi. Couple days ago I really needed to use data and it doesn't work. I have read something about first to registrate it so I did that according inatructions but it still doesn't work.

Hi there,

I cap at 150mb every month even though I am supposed to be getting 250mb of bonus data with the top-up. I had a hard time getting my bonus data for my first year of top-up, but one day it started working. But I still can't get past this limit!

Anyone know what could be wrong?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

In order to confirm your plan details, check out Manage My Plan from there you will be able to see what's included in your plan. Once you've checked your plan, head to My Usage to see if it matches.

You can also find more details in regards to bonus data in our previous response on this thread.

Hi! I have paid for the $15 voice and text plan, and also I added the top-up to have a the 250mb bonus. But it still says I don't have any data allowance. What can I do to have the data?

I have $15 / month and it comes with 250MB data if i have auto top up. Which I have had for 5 months now. For 4 of those 5 months i used data -100MB to 200MB. Now during this 5th month I realize there is no data. Android so it keeps track of data usage over the month. It says I have used 8MB in 29 days of this month. If i attempt to use browser/ whatsapp the counter just spins. If i use the wifi feature of another (non personal) Bell iphone to tether then the messages and browser work. Who do i complain to, so i get data back on my personal phone? Thank you

I currently have the $25 3G plan, if I upgrade to the $25 4G plan do I still get the 12 month reward bonus that I currently have (750MB)
